This page lists Paul Ballard as an Active, but I'd have to say that while that may be technically true since he has the 'Active architecture', he was never used as Active by the Dollhouse and I don't believe he was ever technically classified by them as being one. - Two months after the fact (I didn't see this until now for whatever reason), I would have to say that you're right, and that I myself wondered if he should be in the lists and categories. Perhaps there could be another way to configure individuals that have the Active architecture, yet were not 'official' actives?
