Mutant Enemy Productions is a production company founded in 1997 by Joss Whedon to produce Buffy The Vampire Slayer. The company also produced the Buffy spin-off Angel and Whedon's short-lived space-western Firefly. Not long after Angel went off air in 2004 Mutant Enemy closed it's office on the lot of 20th Century Fox.

Dollhouse[]

Mutant Enemy is credited as one of the production companies producing Dollhouse. The other two are 20th Century Fox Television[1] and Eliza Dushku's Boston Diva Productions.[2] This effectively ends the company's hiatus. Production on Dollhouse began in April 2008.[3] The show got a thirteen episode commitment by Fox[4][5] and is expected to premiere in January 2009.
