Lars was a client of the Los Angeles Dollhouse who engaged Alpha and Whiskey from the L.A. Dollhouse as Bobby and Crystal to for fill a fantasy relating to a cross country spree. Things quickly turned sour when Bobby noticed the vans with Alpha and Whiskey's handler's following them, and assumed that Lars was working with them in some fashion, proving the point behind Topher Brink's warning that the personalities were prone to paranoia. When Bobby and Crystal managed to slip through the notice of the handlers, the duo took Lars to a defunct power plant located in San Pedro, and tortured him for information. The two were close to killing Lars when the Dollhouse staff were able to locate and extract the actives, leaving Lars bloodied and afraid for his life. (S1: "Omega")
