Ivy (last name unknown, portrayed by Liza Lapira) is Topher's assistant, though he treats her more as a gofer. In later episodes, he grudgingly allows her to work directly with the imprinting equipment. She claims she can break Topher's security system.

In "Spy in the House of Love", Laurence Dominic attempts to frame Ivy as a spy from the NSA, but she is cleared by Echo. Also in this episode, Victor (as Roger, Miss Lonelyhearts's active) tells Topher to be nice to Ivy because he thinks she likes Topher. Topher appears baffled but somewhat curious.

In "Briar Rose," Ivy seems impressed with the philanthropic engagement Topher has designed for Echo, in which Echo mentors a young, sexually abused girl.

In "Vows," Ivy covers for Topher when he sleeps, imprinting dolls and wiping actives. She notices that Topher seems depressed and asks him what is wrong, but Sierra interrupts them before he answers. When Topher uncovers the rats that Dr. Saunders has planted in his cupboards, he yells at Ivy to get rid of them, and she does.

In "Meet Jane Doe," Ivy listens to Topher as he complains about his encounter with Bennett Halverson.

In "A Love Supreme," Ivy tells Topher to stop hovering over her as she imprints dolls. When he tells her that he just wanted to brainstorm, she seems interested in speaking to him as a colleague, but he informs her that he meant with the imprinted Sierra, not her.

During S2: "Stop-Loss", Adelle offers Ivy Topher's position as chief programmer. She's later drawn into Boyd and Topher's secret group, though she expresses regrets. She is part of the group assembled in Adelle's office to fight against Rossum in S2: "The Attic".

In S2: "Getting Closer", Ivy discovers that Caroline Farrell's backup wedge is missing. She helps Topher crack the Washington DC Dollhouse's security as part of kidnapping Bennett Halverson. Later, she tries to help him complete repairing the damaged wedge. Topher, traumatized by the murder of Bennett moments ago, begs her to leave, telling her, "Don't become me."

Ivy is last seen leaving the imprint lab, shortly before Rossum troops invade the Dollhouse.
