Bill "Biz" Zarella is an apparently British talent manager whose most notable client is the pop star Rayna Russell. When a stalker sabotaged a pyrotechnic effect during one of Rayna's concerts, Zarella engaged Echo and Sierra to protect his meal ticket, unaware that Russell secretly wished to be killed onstage.
